About
Waseem Limbada is a Dallas-based consultant, entrepreneur, and CEO specializing in Airbnb strategy, real estate investing, and capital access. Born in South Africa and raised in the United States, Waseem’s early years were shaped by competitive athletics, where he played high-level basketball and won both state and national championships. Following college, he briefly explored a professional basketball opportunity overseas before pivoting into finance. He became a Certified Financial Advisor with a Fortune 100 company, where he developed a strong foundation in financial planning, wealth strategy, and business development. During this time, he also led one of the fastest-growing organizations in the direct sales industry, building and managing a global team of over 15,000 individuals across 23 countries. Waseem later transitioned fully into entrepreneurship, launching and scaling multiple businesses across industries. He built a six-figure car rental company before entering real estate through short-term rental arbitrage. Within months, he scaled rapidly—growing from a single unit to a multi-property portfolio and eventually expanding to over 100 properties within three years. Through his consulting companies, Waseem has generated well over eight figures in revenue and helped clients secure more than $20 million in funding. His work includes Airbnb consulting, business lending, operational strategy, AI consulting, and coaching, all centered around helping clients access capital and deploy it effectively into income-producing assets. In addition to his business ventures, Waseem is passionate about mentorship and community impact. He actively supports initiatives designed to help current and former athletes transition into entrepreneurship by providing education, resources, and real-world opportunities. Today, his focus remains on helping individuals and businesses build sustainable wealth through real estate, strategic capital use, and scalable systems—while maintaining a long-term vision centered on execution, transparency, and impact.
